Town Manor is an all inclusive wedding site. We can provide ALL of the elements needed to complete your fairy–tale wedding. We provide a complimentary DJ or Master of Ceremonies to introduce all of the special moments of your reception. All of the linens‚ decorations‚ cake‚ food‚ beverages‚ and complimentary wedding planner are all included in our pricing. Let the Manor help you custom design your magical day for you. • What does it cost for a Town Manor Wedding?

Town Manor customizes each wedding to suit the unique needs of each couple. For that reason‚ it is best to speak with the wedding professionals at Town Manor for a custom price quote based on your needs and vision.

• How many guests can Town Manor accommodate?

Town Manor is an intimate‚ tranquil inn that is designed to pamper you with personalized attention. Town Manor can comfortably accommodate from (2) up to (80) wedding guests.

• What happens if it rains?

Town Manor is designed to provide you with an outdoor‚ lakefront experience in an air conditioned‚ weather protected environment. The ceremony area includes a secret rose garden and gazebo overlooking the lake. This area is outside but is under the shelter of 100 year old grandfather oaks. The brand new Crystal ballroom is a unique venue that is entirely surrounded in glass. This climate controlled area provides you with a reception site with wonderful vistas of the lake. This elegant space also acts as the backup for the ceremony in the unlikely event of rain.

• Overnight accommodations – what is available?

Each of our elegant rooms include a private bath‚ lakeview and full breakfast each morning. Our Carriage house suite is particularly tailored for the bride and groom. The suite is adorned with marble floors‚ period antiques and even a claw foot Jacuzzi tub.

• Can we bring in our own photographer‚ videographer or officiant?

Yes‚ you may bring your own photographer‚ videographer or officiant. Town Manor can also provide these services for you.

• Is there someone that can help me plan all the details of my wedding?

One of the great features of a Town Manor wedding is the complimentary wedding planner that is provided to our brides and grooms. Our professional planner will consult with you and take all of the guessing out of your decisions. This service is provided from the very early planning stages through the wedding and reception and is included at no additional cost.

• Where are you located? Will it be easy for my guests to find you?

Town Manor is centrally located between Tampa and Orlando. While the setting is a lakeside country estate‚ the Manor is only 2 minutes off of the Interstate. It is extremely easy for all of your guests to find the Manor regardless of where they are coming from.

• Are children allowed?

Children can be an important element to your special day. The Manor recognizes this and simply asks that all children be monitored while at the inn.

• How do you plan a wedding for couples that are outside of Florida? Can you do Destination Weddings?

Town Manor specializes in Destination Weddings. We have many couples who never have the privilege of visiting the Manor until their wedding day. Our professional planners will work with you via phone‚ e–mail‚ etc. to design every last detail of your event so that the only surprises on your wedding day will be pleasant ones.

• When should I reserve my date?

Town Manor weddings are a once in a lifetime event and the most popular dates fill up quickly. Most weddings are arranged with the Manor (6) months to (2) years in advance. We understand that not all couples have the luxury of time and we would be happy to discuss options for weddings that are less than (6) months away.

• How do I book my wedding at the Manor and what is required?

It is best to call the Manor to set up an appointment to preview all the Manor has to offer with our professional wedding planner. After seeing the splendor of the Manor‚ we require a non refundable deposit to secure your date. A payment plan is a popular option for many couples and the Manor is happy to accept most credit cards for your convenience.

• Can I serve Alcohol?

Yes– beer‚ wine and champagne. Must be provided by our vender. NO hard liquor is allowed.

• Can I stop by anytime?

So that the private events are not interrupted‚ all visitors must be scheduled in advance. Unfortunately‚ walk–ins can not usually be accommodated. It is best to call in advance for an private property preview appointment.

• Directions

Directions: Town Manor is centrally located halfway between Orlando and Tampa. While the inn is situated in a country like setting overlooking beautiful Lake Juliana – it is directly off of Interstate 4.

Traveling East from Tampa – exit 44. Take a right and proceed approximately 1.2 miles South on State Road 559. The Manor is located on your right side.

Traveling West from Orlando – exit 44. Take a left and proceed approximately 1.2 miles South on State Road 559. The Manor is located on your right side.
